Grazia is an aeronautical engineer specializing in aerodynamics. Prior to joining Rolls-Royce in November 2021, throughout her nearly 20-year career at Airbus, she covered a broad range of operations from Commercial Aircraft, Defense, and Space to Technology and Innovation across the company. Grazia is a member of the Siemens Supervisory Board and the Senate of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. She also serves on the board of The Exploration Company and is an advisor at the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology of Politecnico di Milano.
